zApp Book Creator Step 3

zApp Book sharing is an important part of the sQuizya Library. Your work can be shared with other users in your School Library or even the broader sQuizya Library.

Total Chapters

This is an automatic field that indicates how many chapters you have included in your zApp Book. This field appears in the zApp Book description in all libraries.

Total zApps

This is an automatic field that indicates how many zApps are included in the zApp Book. The zApps will appear in the expanded view of all zApp Books in all libraries.

Copyright

Copyright can be turned on and off. Please make yourself familiar with the sQuizya Copyright an Publishing Agreement, which details the importance of copyright and how your work can be used without it.

If you have included any zApps with a copyright attached you will not be able to share it in the sQuizya Library. These options will not be able to be selected in the accessible to field.

Only other teachers will see the copyright status off your work. Students do not view this field.

Accessibility

This field indicates the publishing options available. Please make yourself familiar with the sQuizya Copyright and Publishing Agreement before selecting sQuizya Library.

My Library – the zApp will only be available to you.

School Library (Teachers only)- The zApp will only be available to Users within your institution.

sQuizya Library (Teachers only)- The zApp will be available worldwide to all Teacher Users registered on the sQuizya platform.

sQuizya Library (teachers and students) – The zApp will be available worldwide to all users on the sQuizya platform.

Availability/ Price Per User

If you select to share your book with the sQuizya Library you can assign a price.

zApp Books can be free or paid. If you think your zApp Book contains content of value and you would like to assign a price to it you can. sQuizya’s payment system charges per user not per school, so we recommend prices to be between 0.30 cents and $5.00. Prices are reviewed by the sQuizya Submissions team and your zApp Book could be rejected if it is considered too expensive.

This document details your rights as an author and the publishing process. It is a great idea to familiarize yourself with this before publishing something in the sQuizya Library.

Cover Image

You can add a cover image of your choosing to your zApp Book. It will be automatically resized to fit the sQuizya layout.

Create

Once you are happy with your zApp and would like to make no more changes, select create. Your work will appear in My Library and School Library (if selected) immediately and the sQuizya Library after a review by the Submissions team. This process could take up to two weeks.
