You can edit a zApp Book at anytime if it is unpublished. The Edit / Delete icons will still be shown active in the Action column.
Once you have published your zApp Book, you will no longer be able to edit the content or delete the book. If you published the zApp Book for use in My Library, you can increase its level of access to School Library, sQuizya Library (teachers only) or sQuizya Library (all users) by clicking the active Edit button in the Action column. Once you have reached the highest level of access you will no longer be able to make any further changes to accessibility.
To see who can access your zApp Book once it has been published, select the Edit button in the Action column and a pop-up window will appear. You can change the level of access here. You cannot reduce the level of access of the zApp Book.
Your zApp Book will first be sent to your school Account Manager to be approved for publication in sQuizya Library. From here, the book will be sent to the sQuizya Submissions team for the final approval.
If it is accepted you will be notified and it will appear immediately in the sQuizya Library.
If it is declined, either by the school or by the sQuizya Submissions team, you will be notified with an explanation as to the decision. The zApp Book will appear back in your Work in Progress in edit mode for you to make changes to before submitting it again.
