Students can be managed through the Select Action function. Use the check boxes to select the students and the required task.
Move Up One Level - changes the student's academic level by one year.
Archive- places students in the Archived Students list. They cannot login to their account once they are archived, but their results remain unchanged if they are unarchived at a later time.
Export - generates an Excel spreadsheet with the details of the selected users.
Add Student
To add a new student user you will need to complete the student details: name, date of birth, preferred name, academic grade/level, email address and password. The new student user will receive an automatic email with login details, username, password and instructions on how to access sQuizya.
Please note that the preferred name will only replace the student's first name in all the class lists and comunications. The last name will remain unchanged. For example, Harisson Anderson will appear as Harry Anderson, if Harry was entered as his preferred name.
Edit
A student users’ name, academic level, email, date of birth and password can be changed using the edit button in the action column.
Login
The sQuizya Administrator (Account manager) can login to any user account. They will be able to control all aspects of the account at their discretion.
Archive
Student users can be archived when they leave the institution by selecting the red button in the action column. Student records are kept in the archived students list, as deleting users impacts the marking systems and average scores of sQuizya.
