Staff can be managed through the Select Action function. Use the check boxes to select the staff and the required task.
Archive – places staff in the Archived Staff list. They cannot login to their account once they are archived but their work in progress and account settings remain unchanged if they are unarchived at a later date.
Export – generates an excel spreadsheet with the details of the selected users.
Add Staff
To add a new staff user you will need to complete the staff member’s details: name, date of birth, preferred name, staff role, email address and password. The new staff user will receive an automatic email with their login details, username, password and instructions on how to access sQuizya.
Please note that the preferred name will only replace the staff user's last name in all the student records and comunications. For example, Maria Smith will appear as Mrs S, if Mrs S was entered as her preferred name. Otherwise, her name will appear as Mrs Smith.
Edit
A staff user’s name, preferred name, staff role, email, date of birth and password can be changed using the edit button in the action column.
Login
The main sQuizya Administrator (Account manager) can login to any user account. When accessing a staff account all functions of sQuizya are functional, excluding Work in Progress.
Archive
Staff users can be archived when they leave the institution by selecting the red button in the action column. Staff cannot login to their account once they are archived but their work in progress and account settings remain unchanged if they are unarchived at a later date.
